大鱼咬得比较大口。。也看起来比较恶心。

Dear Annette,

So sorry for my late reply due to limited internet access in malaysia.

We will cover the cost for the broken lamp and blinds ( 25 + 50 = 75) . However , we think that the £100 check out fee should cover the cleaning cost which shouldn't take more than 2 hours.

Francis and i have cleaned the carpet very thoroughly the night before we checked out, and the carpet has actually been cleaned to the extent of which its in a cleaner state as we moved in.

As for the number of bad stains under the living room furniture and under the dining table mat , we have not moved any of the furniture in the living room nor have we moved the dining table mat during the course of our tenancy. So the stain you discovered must already have been there prior to our tenancy, hence we should not be responsible for that.

As for the general blotching throughout the flat, there were already marks when we moved in and we did try to get them cleaned.Therefore we are not prepared to pay for the cost of cleaning the carpet.

1. All the skirting boards through the whole apartment, covered in dust and needed cleaning down.
2. All door throughout the apartment needed cleaning down.
3. All windows inside and out - were filthy
4. All kitchen cupboards - needed thoroughly cleaning inside and out..
5. Fridge - thorough clean needed of all shelving and compartments in door etc. This is where food is stored and needs to be spotless.
6. Freezer - defrost thoroughly and clean through as ice had formed throughout - this alone took 5 hours to reach an acceptable standard. Once again this is where food is stored and must be spotless.  (她该反省自己的cleaning速度！！！）
7. Cooker hob and stainless steel backing - grease had splashed and not been removed. Took several attempts to remove grease.
8. Cooker hood and filters (caked in grease)
9. Oven, tray and shelving - all covered in baked in grease - like they had never been cleaned. There was even dirty silver foil on the tray and that was on top of a dirty tray which had never been cleaned. This alone took 6 hours to clean to an acceptable standard.
10. Microwave oven needed a thorough clean inside and out.
11. Toaster - covered in toasted grease - never been cleaned.
12. All pictures - never dusted.
13. All stainless steel wall light switches - covered in finger marks.
14. Television and cabinet - covered in dust.
15. Small bedroom - dust everywhere not cleaned under the bed  , dust on windowsills, behind dressing table and chest of drawers etc.
16. Main bedroom - dust everywhere, on windowsills, under bed, behind desk, shelves drawers etc. 
17. Ensuite bathroom - toilet disgusting (wth???). Shower cubicle glass disgusting (wth???). All chrome shower unit and sink taps covered in limescale. Not cleaned. Should be sparkling. Dirt around taps and plug area. Not cleaned properly. This must be cleaned properly in the interests of hygiene.

19. The main front door carpet is still not cleaned properly. You made a good effort at trying to remove the stains but the solution you used has left the carpet very dull and drab even if you managed to remove the black stains. The use of the red rug was clever in hiding this.  (hiding???)
